Put Things into Perspective with the Bach Flowers

 

 

Feeling overwhelmed? Taken on a task or tasks that seem too much and it makes you feel sick with anxiety? Put things into perspective with Elm.

Currently I have given myself a long list of ‘things’ to do and finding it hard to decide what to do first, which distracts me from doing anything.

Elm - Those who are doing good work, are following the calling of their life and who hope to do something of importance, and this often for the benefit of humanity. Elm can assist with the overwhelming among to work involved and the ability to put things into perspective. Also helping us to take the time to look after our other needs.
 
Other remedies to consider are:
Clematis to help to focus on a task at hand and (hopefully) not get too distracted by other things…
Larch for the confidence that everything can be done to the best of your ability.
Rock Water so you do not become too strict/rigid with yourself and able to go with the flow and be gentler with yourself.
Rescue Remedy can help with general anxiety.
