Finding Hope...
Gorse
Dr Bach's description
Very great hopelessness, they have given up belief that more can be done for them. Under persuasion or to please others they may try different treatments, at the same time assuring those around that there is so little hope of relief.
- The Twelve Healers and Other Remedies - Dr. Bach
What’s the point! It is hopeless! Things will never improve. I might as well get used to it. Things are obviously destined to be this way. When others try to encourage me to do things there just does not seem to be much point. I may try another treatment or try for another job, but I doubt if it will do any good or make things better.
Ah, Gorse you have been so supportive and I feel alive again. You have brought some sunshine and hope into my life. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. The clouds of doom are burning off and from now on I will look on the brighter side of life. I’ll try to live by the words from the ending song in the Life of Brian, “Always look on the bright side of life.”
Gorse flowers are bright yellow like a beautiful golden sun shining brightly in the sky.
